Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on their beauty journey.
  • Stay informed about the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends.
  • Drive sales results by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships.
  • A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Beginner level experience in retail or a client-focused environment is required.

Workplace

This position is based in Pembroke Pines, Pembroke Pines, USA.

Compensation

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
