Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
  • Stay informed about the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends.
  • Drive sales results by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized environment.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
  • Uphold company standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships.
  • Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Beginner level experience in retail or a client-focused environment.

This position is based in Newport News, Virginia, USA.

Compensation

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
