Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to meet each client's needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on their beauty journey.
  • Stay informed on the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends.
  • Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized environment.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
  • Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Beginner level experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail or hospitality.

Workplace

This position is based in Metairie, Metairie, USA.

Compensation

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
