Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor in Los Angeles, USA. Join a dynamic team to deliver personalized beauty experiences and drive sales in a flexible, part-time role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty experiences by providing tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client's needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and share knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
  • Stay ahead of trends by keeping up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice.
  • Drive results by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain a beautiful space by supporting inventory, merchandising, and ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
  • Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and helping create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships.
  • A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Beginner level experience in retail or a client-focused environment is required.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Los Angeles, California, USA, with easy access to Los Angeles.

Compensation

$22.60 - $27.70 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
