Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to meet client needs.
  • Demonstrate extensive product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay informed about the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends.
  • Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Support inventory management and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
  • Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

Skills

Passion for beauty and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented environment. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Beginner level experience in retail or a client-focused environment is required.

Workplace

This position is based in London, London, Canada.

Compensation

Compensation ranges between CAD$18.20 - CAD$21.40 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
