Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
  • Demonstrate product application with expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
  • Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Participate in sales and promotional events, enhancing client engagement.
  • Assist clients with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) services, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.

Qualifications

  • Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
  • Passion for client service and beauty.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
  • Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in a retail environment, is required.

Compensation

$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, with actual pay depending on qualifications, experience, and other non-discriminatory factors.
