Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
  • Stay informed about the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends.
  • Drive sales results by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness.
  • Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and ensuring a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships.
  • A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment. Quick learning ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Beginner level experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

Compensation

$15.50 - $20.50/hr, dependent on qualifications and experience.
