Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
  • Stay ahead of trends by keeping up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends.
  • Drive results by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain a beautiful space by supporting inventory, merchandising, and ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships.

Skills

Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Beginner level experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments is required.

Compensation

$15.50 - $20.50/hr, dependent on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
