Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
  • Demonstrate expertise in makeup application techniques and skincare routines.
  • Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Participate in sales and promotional events to drive store performance.
  • Assist clients with Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) services.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.

Qualifications

  • Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
  • Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Resilience and adaptability in dynamic situations.
  • Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
