Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
  • Stay informed on the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
  • Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships.

Skills

Passion for beauty and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented environment. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Beginner level experience in a retail or client-focused environment is required.

The successful candidate will be located in Kansas City, Kansas City, USA.

Compensation

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
