Join Sephora in Gatineau, Canada as a Beauty Advisor. Part-time position offering a dynamic work environment in the luxury beauty retail sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
  • Greet all customers enthusiastically as they enter the store.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend products that meet those needs.
  • Share product knowledge with customers as appropriate.
  • Perform makeup applications for customers when necessary.
  • Ensure team members complete brand-specific training.
  • Actively pursue additional product learning as needed.
  • Train other beauty advisors.
  • Participate in stock control and communicate inventory issues to management.
  • Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
  • Participate in programs aimed at reducing shrinkage and loss.
  • Understand cashier host functions as required.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service industry.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to influence business partners with clarity and conciseness. Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Experience

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.
