Sephora Beauty Advisor in Dania Beach, FL — Part-time (Flex). Join Sephora's inclusive team. $18–$23/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that address individual client needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients on application techniques, routines and ingredient benefits.
  • Stay current with beauty product launches, techniques and category trends to provide relevant advice and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
  • Support merchandising, inventory tasks and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or another client-service environment preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Collaborative team player who performs well in a goal-oriented retail environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work retail peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Experience

Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships is valued.

The successful candidate will be located in Dania Beach, Florida, USA, with easy access to Fort Lauderdale.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 23 per hour.
