Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate product expertise by educating and empowering clients in their beauty journey.
  • Stay informed about the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales results by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment by supporting inventory and merchandising.
  • Foster inclusivity and teamwork to promote a culture of openness and empowerment.
  • Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships.
  • A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment. Quick learning ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Beginner level experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment is required.

The successful candidate will be located in Canoga Park, Canoga Park, USA, with easy access to Los Angeles.

Compensation

$22.60 - $27.70 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
