Sephora Anaheim (USA) seeks a Part‑time Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized consultations, product recommendations and drive retail sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate and share product expertise across skincare, makeup and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
  • Support merchandising, inventory management and visual standards to maintain a clean, organized and on-brand selling environment.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant advice and drive repeat business.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team culture and uphold company policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional client service in a retail, hospitality or client-facing environment.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and product education with a desire to empower clients.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and collaborative.
  • Reliable availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
