Join Sephora in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, as an Assistant Supply Chain Project Manager Intern. Contribute to transformative projects in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing supply chain transformation projects, including workshop preparation and facilitation, test phase coordination, and Go Live preparations.
  • Contribute to the animation of the supply chain transformation roadmap.
  • Engage with the community of supply chain transformation project leaders.
  • Serve as the documentation reference for processes, procedures, and operational modes, ensuring their updates.
  • Lead the implementation of a PowerBI reporting system consolidating key supply chain KPIs for management.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to enhance processes and associated information systems such as SAP, ANAPLAN, and PBI.
  • Support change management by aiding teams in adopting new practices and tools.
  • Raise awareness among staff regarding supply chain transformation challenges.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field with a specialization in Supply Chain.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI). Familiarity with ERP or EPM systems is advantageous. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Interest in new technologies and innovation. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Experience

Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally with some exposure to supply chain or project management environments.

Education

Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field with a specialization in Supply Chain.
