Sephora seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Orem, UT, to support store operations and drive sales. Join a global leader in beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing ongoing feedback.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and effective complaint resolution.
- Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to uphold a safe and efficient work environment.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation to optimize productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
- Excellent client management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability to work a retail schedule.

Minimum of 5 years in a retail management role, preferably in a high-volume, complex environment.

Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position is $58,500.00 - $68,068.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
