Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive store sales and profitability.
- Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and effective handling of complaints.
- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels and resource allocation to optimize productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position is $64,400.00 - $74,908.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
