Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage inventory levels and assist in resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

Strong leadership and business acumen. Excellent client management and organizational skills. Superior communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to attract and inspire employees.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position is $61,400.00 - $71,488.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
