Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume retail or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and business acumen.
  • Excellent client management and organizational skills.
  • Flexible availability for a retail schedule.
