Sephora in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, seeks an Assistant Revenue Growth Management Business Analyst Intern. Join a global leader in beauty retail and develop your analytical skills.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop analytical and reporting skills to optimize brand allocations in stores.
  • Analyze performance indicators to enhance productivity.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for merchandising teams, category managers, and brands.
  • Contribute to the strategy for optimizing brand allocations.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to identify opportunities for brand expansion or rationalization based on performance.
  • Propose recommendations for adjusting in-store allocations based on results.
  • Collaborate with various functional teams to ensure consistent strategy execution at European and local levels.
  • Support trade and animation activities by assisting in the creation and management of trade planning.
  • Assist local teams in using the trade tool and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide support for various analyses related to commercial actions and execution timings.

Qualifications

  • Passion for the beauty and retail industry with a strong desire to learn and engage in strategic projects.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
