Join Sephora in Neuilly-sur-Seine as an Assistant Project Manager in Communication. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team and contribute to innovative communication strategies.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support omnichannel project managers within the creative studio in executing their tasks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with various teams including retail, animations, merchandising, CRM, digital, advertising, PR, internal communication, and training.
  • Participate in the operational management of 360-degree communication strategies.
  • Coordinate and distribute the 360-degree communication toolbox and newsletters for store animations.
  • Manage briefs for Sephora Favorites, including product shoot coordination and delivery to teams.
  • Assist in tracking digital strategies from brief reception to post-production.
  • Provide support for diverse studio requests such as mini boxes, magazine covers, and various adaptations.
  • Monitor Sephora Loves and Sephora Collection animations.
  • Oversee rights management within the internal platform.
  • Conduct trend analysis and benchmarking.
  • Create and manage music playlists for store environments.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business or communication school, or equivalent university program.
  • Ideally, previous experience in a similar role.

Skills

Autonomous, dynamic, and creative. Strong adaptability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe Photoshop and InDesign skills are advantageous. Excellent command of English.

Experience

Ideally, candidates will have prior experience in a similar role.

Education

Currently enrolled in a business or communication school, or equivalent university program.

The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
