Sephora in Woodbridge, United States, seeks an Asset Protection Partner to enhance store safety and prevent loss. Join a dynamic team committed to diversity and excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Enhance and maintain store asset protection awareness through participation in store meetings and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with store leadership and the District Asset Protection Manager to develop and execute safety and shrink plans.
  • Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
  • Adhere to all legal and company policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
  • Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
  • Provide support across multiple store locations if necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, loss prevention, security, or asset protection within a service environment.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.

Skills

Strong communication skills. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.

Experience

At least 1 year of relevant experience in operations, loss prevention, security, or asset protection.

Workplace

This position is based in Woodbridge, Woodbridge, USA, within easy reach of Washington, D.C..

Compensation

$25.00 - $34.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
