Sephora is hiring an Asset Protection Partner in Staten Island, United States. Join a leading beauty retailer to safeguard assets and support a safe environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote safety and awareness by leading and participating in meetings and training sessions to reinforce asset protection protocols.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the selling floor, spending 75-80% of time deterring theft and supporting a safe environment.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to align on shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
  • Monitor store activity using CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses.
  • Respond to incidents professionally, prioritizing safety and client experience.
  • Execute audits and prepare reports to support asset protection efforts.
  • Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
  • Support multiple locations as needed and represent Sephora in court if required.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
  • Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety protocols.

Skills

Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams. Conflict de-escalation skills. Proficiency with CCTV and reporting tools. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Experience

1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.

Compensation

$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
