Sephora in New York is hiring an Asset Protection Partner. Join a leading beauty retailer and protect store assets while enjoying a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Enhance and maintain store asset protection awareness through participation in store meetings and trainings.
  • Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the sales floor.
  • Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses as directed by the District Asset Protection Manager.
  • Prepare timely and complete reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
  • Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies concerning apprehensions, search and seizure, and the preservation of evidence.
  • Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
  • Provide support and work in multiple store locations if hired in a multi-store area.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in operations, loss prevention, security, or asset protection in a service environment.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
  • Meet and maintain all licensing requirements as required by state or local jurisdiction.

Skills

Strong communication skills Proficiency in using CCTV systems Ability to prepare detailed reports Knowledge of asset protection and loss prevention strategies

Experience

At least one year of experience in operations, loss prevention, security, or asset protection within a service environment is required.

This position is based in New York, New York, USA.

Compensation

$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and relevant experience.
