Rolex is seeking a Technical Coordinator in Switzerland to support the garnissage workshop. Join a prestigious brand known for excellence in luxury watchmaking.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead corrective actions and ensure mastery of the 5M methodology.
  • Monitor the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of the machine park and implement solutions for improvement.
  • Identify and analyze potential risks in processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the group.
  • Serve as the technical reference for mechanics and provide support when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Technical CFC and/or ES training in a technical or management field.
  • Experience in managing a machine park.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proactive and flexible approach. Ability to unite and remain calm under pressure. Strong team spirit and stress management capabilities.

Experience

Experience in managing a machine park is required.

Education

Technical CFC and/or ES training in a technical or management field.
