Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with industrialization teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Conduct functional analyses and tolerance assessments of developed concepts.
  • Design and develop technical and aesthetic solutions to meet Rolex's quality standards.
  • Participate in risk analyses and oversee technical qualifications in close collaboration with reliability engineers and digital analysts.
  • Document and communicate developed methodologies and concepts through technical reports and presentations during project reviews.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in Microtechnology or Mechanics, or equivalent qualification.

Skills

Proficiency in design tools such as CREO, PLM, and ideally Cetol. Experience in micromechanical construction, preferably in watchmaking components such as watches, bracelets, dials, or jewelry. Versatile and autonomous with strong analytical skills, objectivity, and rigor. Curious, open-minded, and proactive, with the ability to propose and undertake initiatives within multidisciplinary teams.

Experience

Experience in micromechanical construction, ideally in the watchmaking industry.

Education

Engineering degree in Microtechnology or Mechanics, or equivalent qualification.
