Rolex is seeking a Quality Controller in Geneva, Switzerland, to perform aesthetic and dimensional inspections, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with product specifications and associated documentation.
  • Operate within an autonomous team, serving as the initial point of contact for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct aesthetic and dimensional inspections following established sampling methods and 'Aesthetic Robustness' guidelines.
  • Input inspection data and usage decisions into the computer system.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.

Qualifications

  • Training as a quality controller and/or significant experience in aesthetic and dimensional inspection, preferably in the watchmaking industry.

Skills

Proficiency in aesthetic inspection methods and component review according to quality standards. Basic computer skills, with SAP knowledge as an advantage. Ability to read technical drawings and follow procedures. Familiarity with optical measurement tools. Willingness to work in shifts. Ability to make clear and precise decisions. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Experience

Significant experience in aesthetic and dimensional inspection, ideally within the watchmaking sector.

Education

Training as a quality controller or equivalent experience.
