Role & Responsibilities

  • Define process strategies related to electroplating technologies.
  • Establish and control relevant process parameters.
  • Conduct commissioning, program development, and homologation according to current standards and methodologies.
  • Train and support users during process transfers from industrialization to operation.
  • Assist and support production in resolving complex issues.
  • Ensure technological watch and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in electroplating (technician/engineer).
  • Proven experience in the field.

Experience

Proven experience in the field of electroplating is required.

Education

Technical or engineering education in electroplating.
