Rolex seeks a Methods Control Engineer in Geneva, Switzerland. Join a prestigious brand in a role focused on developing control programs for new products.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and update control programs for new product realization.
- Optimize control programs by collaborating with machining programmers on manufacturing strategies.
- Ensure timely release of programs and define needs for fixtures or equipment on control means.
- Support workshops during initial controls to validate programs.
- Ensure operator training on the use of control means.
- Guarantee the capability of control means.
- Define optimal control ranges in terms of capability, accuracy, and product control time, in collaboration with the project team.
Qualifications
- HES Engineer or ES Technician degree in microtechnology or equivalent.
Skills
Experience
Experience in metrology and control on three-dimensional machines is required.
Education
HES Engineer or ES Technician degree in microtechnology or equivalent.
