Rolex seeks a Logistics and Resource Service Manager in Geneva, Switzerland, to lead operational performance and team development within a prestigious luxury brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead operational performance to achieve short and medium-term objectives.
  • Define and communicate reporting metrics, including KPIs and performance tracking.
  • Optimize the planning and allocation of human, material, and financial resources.
  • Implement and oversee service strategy with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Motivate, support, and develop team members to exceed expected goals.
  • Enhance individual skills and potential through personalized development plans.
  • Foster a climate of trust and respect to promote engagement and well-being at work.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree from HES, EPF, or equivalent.
  • Solid management experience, ideally in logistics or industrial production.

Skills

Proactivity and natural leadership with a talent for team mobilization. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy and listening ability. Ability to analyze, organize, plan, and delegate effectively. Innovative mindset with persuasive negotiation skills. Team spirit, customer orientation, and results-driven approach.

Experience

Substantial experience in management, preferably within logistics or industrial production sectors.

Education

Engineering degree from HES, EPF, or equivalent.
