Rolex seeks a Logistics and Resource Service Manager in Geneva, Switzerland, to lead operational performance and team development within a prestigious luxury brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead operational performance to achieve short and medium-term objectives.
- Define and communicate reporting metrics, including KPIs and performance tracking.
- Optimize the planning and allocation of human, material, and financial resources.
- Implement and oversee service strategy with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Motivate, support, and develop team members to exceed expected goals.
- Enhance individual skills and potential through personalized development plans.
- Foster a climate of trust and respect to promote engagement and well-being at work.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree from HES, EPF, or equivalent.
- Solid management experience, ideally in logistics or industrial production.
