Rolex seeks a Full Stack Tech Lead in Geneva, Switzerland, to enhance MES and LES functionalities for production stability and performance. Requires 5+ years of development experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Understand and analyze business needs and requirements.
  • Propose creative, innovative, and robust solutions to meet expectations.
  • Submit and validate best development practices, including testing and performance.
  • Develop and implement application solutions on the Apriso platform.
  • Maintain solutions and resolve level 4 incidents.

Qualifications

  • University or private education in computer science with a focus on development.
  • Over 5 years of experience in the development field.
  • Native French speaker with a good command of English.

Skills

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JQuery, C#, and MS SQL Server. Familiarity with Git, GitLab, unit testing, integration, and CI/CD concepts. Basic knowledge of tools like Docker or Ansible. Experience with Web Services integration and Messaging (e.g., RabbitMQ). Methodical and rigorous approach. Strong analytical skills and excellent organizational capabilities. High degree of autonomy in problem-solving and information gathering. Stress resistance, initiative, and proactivity. Effective communication skills. Ability to work within a cohesive and dynamic agile development team. Open-minded and pedagogical personality. Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in the development domain is required.

Education

University or private education in computer science.
