Role & Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the industrialization of products and processes related to electroplating activities.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities within processes and propose solutions to streamline work methods, enhancing product and process robustness.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement plans, ensuring their deployment and reporting.
  • Document industrial expertise in alignment with activity standards through various documentation protocols.
  • Provide support and expertise to production workshops in problem-solving initiatives and test monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in electroplating, chemistry, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in the industrialization of electroplating processes within an industrial setting.

Skills

Proficiency in structured continuous improvement planning tools (e.g., design of experiments, statistical analysis). Strong analytical and synthesis skills. Methodical, rigorous, with excellent communication abilities. Well-developed team spirit. Proficiency in standard reporting tools (Office suite).

Experience

Confirmed experience in the industrialization of electroplating processes in an industrial environment.

Education

Engineering degree in electroplating, chemistry, or equivalent.
