Rolex seeks a DevSecOps Security Engineer in Geneva, Switzerland. Join a prestigious luxury brand to manage cybersecurity projects and collaborate on secure development practices.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage cybersecurity projects in line with Rolex's strategic objectives.
  • Provide expertise to development teams throughout the application lifecycle, including web and mobile applications.
  • Define, implement, and maintain best practices for secure development, including security pipelines and testing strategies.
  • Facilitate vulnerability management and support decision-making processes for stakeholders.
  • Participate in developer security awareness training programs.
  • Develop and maintain security tools and automation processes related to the Enterprise Software Factory.
  • Collaborate on security architecture audits and application design activities.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in application security and DevOps/DevSecOps activities, as well as cybersecurity.
  • Experience in a cybersecurity services company is a major asset.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and reviewing code in at least one development language (Java, .NET, Python).
  • Interest in AI solutions (chatbots, LLM, RAG).
  • SANS, CISSP, CSSLP, or similar certification is advantageous.

Skills

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple activities/projects and acquire new knowledge. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English. Experience with integrating security in the Cloud. Knowledge of cryptography concepts and implementation. Understanding of identity management principles (authentication, federation, etc.) and associated implementations (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc.). Adaptability to different company profiles and business areas. Pragmatic problem-solving approach and strong team spirit.

Experience

Over 3 years of experience in application security and DevOps/DevSecOps activities, as well as cybersecurity.

Education

Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.
