Rolex seeks a Data Management Specialist in Bienne to ensure CMMS data integrity and support operational teams. Join a prestigious brand in the luxury watch industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) master data throughout the equipment lifecycle within the Buildings & Infrastructure sector.
  • Define maintenance schedules and plan preventive interventions in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Generate preventive work orders, assign them to technical teams, and ensure their follow-up.
  • Catalog corrective maintenance activities and ensure their traceability.
  • Provide maintenance indicators, communicate relevant information, and lead associated rituals.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of CMMS processes and tools, as well as projects related to master data and maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Building Techniques (HVAC and/or high/low voltage electricity) from a recognized technical school.

Skills

Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) within industrial sites. Strong analytical and synthesis skills. Attention to detail, precision, and autonomy. Excellent integration ability, team spirit, service orientation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience

Experience in managing CMMS in industrial environments is required.

Education

Diploma in Building Techniques (HVAC and/or high/low voltage electricity).
