Rolex is seeking a Control Systems Engineer in Bienne. This full-time position involves developing processes for component measurement and control. Ideal candidates will have experience in optical 3D/vision technologies.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for measuring and controlling components.
  • Deliver programming and documentation across the entire production flow of Ebauches.
  • Support acquisitions in defining methods, from specifications to pre-acceptance.
  • Innovate and support technological advancements in control systems.

Qualifications

  • HES Engineer or ES Technician in microtechnology or mechanics, ideally with a background in vision or robotics.
  • Proven experience and interest in programming measurement systems (3D optics/vision).
  • Strong ability to apply academic knowledge in statistical calculations and metrological vocabulary.

Skills

Technical expertise and curiosity about new technologies. Excellent communication, organization, and methodological skills. Analytical and synthesis capabilities. Ability to work in multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.

Experience

Experience in programming measurement systems, particularly in optical 3D and vision technologies, is required.

Education

HES Engineer or ES Technician in microtechnology or mechanics.
