Role & Responsibilities

  • Gain insights into the organization and operations of a medium-sized corporate entity.
  • Rotate through all training-relevant departments, including Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Purchasing, and E-Commerce.
  • Learn about both specialized and cross-functional processes.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of goods trading, from procurement to storage, marketing, and sales.
  • Receive specialized training and actively participate in tasks and projects.
  • Benefit from dedicated mentors in the HR department and various specialties to ensure comprehensive support throughout the training period.
  • Participate in a multi-day onboarding program to familiarize with the company and fellow trainees.
