Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive integrated marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and drive conversion across all distribution channels.
- Identify and evaluate distribution channel development programs, including wholesale and retail marketing.
- Establish and maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing channels and consumer touchpoints.
- Manage public relations and communications to complement the broader marketing and media strategy.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful marketing assets.
- Identify local marketing opportunities and partnerships to enhance brand cultural relevancy.
- Collaborate with the omnichannel team on media plans and digital marketing efforts, ensuring KPIs are met.
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Develop and manage the marketing operating budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Oversee competitive analysis and conduct market research to inform marketing strategy.
- Partner with e-commerce and CRM teams to optimize customer segmentation and messaging.
- Communicate marketing plans and results to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience in growth marketing and customer acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and Google Ads.
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with significant leadership experience.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
