Join RIMOWA in Paris as an HR Generalist Assistant. Develop HR expertise in a dynamic, inclusive environment within the LVMH Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for Young Talents, managing mid-internship and end-of-internship processes, and addressing administrative and legal inquiries under the guidance of the ADP and Payroll Manager.
- Facilitate the integration and development of interns and work-study participants in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Assistant.
- Support managers with daily HR matters concerning Young Talents, under the supervision of the HR Manager.
- Assist in the consolidation of training needs and the development of training plans.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling and post-training evaluations.
- Contribute to the deployment of Health, Safety, and Environment training programs.
- Monitor training budgets and assist in sourcing training partners.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees and support HR project initiatives.
- Maintain and update HR dashboards and profiles within the HR Core system.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's program at a business school, IEP, or equivalent university with a specialization in Human Resources.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Education
Master's level in Human Resources or related field.
