Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the flagship store team alongside the Store Director, assuming leadership in their absence.
  • Ensure efficient store operations, including task delegation, cashiering, personnel management, and inventory oversight.
  • Build, manage, and develop a thriving store team.
  • Drive strategic growth by analyzing product and consumer trends, supporting sales performance, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience, ensuring all clients embark on a personal RIMOWA journey.
  • Manage VIP client relationships, fostering brand loyalty and strengthening ties with VIP clientele.
  • Oversee Client Care Service, adapting global strategies to ensure high-quality post-purchase customer care.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Embody RIMOWA values, collaborating with colleagues to uplift team spirit.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client care and store operations.
  • Experience in people management and driving personal growth within a team.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in training and coaching team members.

Skills

Proficiency in digital tools and POS systems. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills, excelling in interactions with team members and clientele. Enthusiasm for retail and delivering memorable client experiences. Keen eye for visual details and team objective achievement. Proactive approach to clientele and relationship building.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in client care and store operations, with a focus on people management and leadership.
