Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for Young Talents, managing mid-internship and end-of-internship evaluations, and addressing administrative and legal queries under the guidance of the ADP and Payroll Manager.
  • Facilitate the integration and engagement of interns and work-study participants in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Assistant.
  • Support the development of Young Talents and provide guidance to managers on HR matters concerning them, under the supervision of the HR Manager.
  • Participate in the consolidation of training needs and assist in the creation and deployment of the training development plan, including logistics and budget monitoring.
  • Contribute to the onboarding process by coordinating new employee integration and leading onboarding sessions.
  • Manage administrative procedures and support the implementation of key HR processes.
  • Engage in internal events and HR projects, updating HR dashboards and profiles in the HR Core system.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a business school, IEP, or equivalent university with a specialization in HR at the Master's level.

Skills

Strong sense of service, diplomacy, and interpersonal intelligence. Autonomous, proactive, enthusiastic, and curious. Organized with a strong sense of confidentiality. Excellent writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluent in English.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Education

Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
