Join RIMOWA in Paris as an Apprentice Workplace Engineer. Work in a dynamic environment within the LVMH Group, focusing on IT workplace projects. Ideal for Master's students or engineering candidates.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage IT workplace projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, facilities, and external vendors, to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's Degree program or Engineering school.
  • Technical understanding, goal-oriented, and autonomous.
  • Good knowledge in the operation and administration of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
  • Good knowledge in the area of LAN, WLAN, and security solutions.
  • Fluent in English and French; German is advantageous.

Skills

Proficiency in Office 365 tools: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong teamwork capabilities. Ability to express ideas in a synthetic and structured manner. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently pursuing a Master's Degree or enrolled in an Engineering school.
