Join Richemont in Tokyo as a Talent Acquisition Partner. Drive graduate recruitment and employer branding in the luxury sector. Fluent Japanese and English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for new graduates and internship programs in Japan.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with Maisons and key stakeholders to streamline program delivery.
- Conduct market research to gather data on trends and compensation benchmarks.
- Engage in name gathering and organizational mapping to identify key competitors.
- Network with universities and develop communication strategies to attract top talent.
- Promote Richemont's Employer Branding initiatives to active candidates.
- Participate in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
- Develop partnerships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand needs and guide recruitment.
- Create tailored recruitment strategies considering time-to-fill, costs, and quality of hires.
- Partner with recruitment agencies to manage applicants and interview processes.
- Ensure compliance with Group guidelines through diligent use of systems and tools.
- Report and present recruitment process information to internal stakeholders.
- Process invoices and employee referral payments promptly.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in campus recruitment or project management.
- Industry experience in retail or luxury goods is advantageous.
- Ability to partner with and influence stakeholders across teams and functions.
- Proven track record of delivering against goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of global, cross-regional teams.
- Knowledgeable about new graduate recruitment strategies and talent attraction.
- Excellent organizational, project, task, and administrative skills.
- Self-starter with strong motivation and fresh perspectives.
- Curious and capable of deep talent assessments based on competencies.
- Fluent in Japanese and English.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of three years in campus recruitment or project management, with a preference for experience in the retail or luxury goods industry.
