Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide top-tier talent in a timely manner to meet business needs and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future success.
  • Offer strategic partnership to the business by delivering market and talent insights to hiring managers and the HR community.
  • Oversee proactive talent sourcing from diverse backgrounds to enrich the organization.
  • Serve as a Richemont ambassador, delivering impactful messaging to attract and engage candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Share exceptional talent within the Talent Acquisition community across Europe and maintain accurate candidate information in ATS People First and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Utilize systems and tools responsibly to ensure analytics, transparency, and consistency.
  • Manage recruitment agency engagement, contractual agreements, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally within a matrix, fast-paced organization.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in local Italian practices.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a diverse and inclusive organization.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English. Ability to engage with key stakeholders and top candidates. Proficiency in navigating and mastering various online and offline sourcing channels.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition, preferably within a matrix, fast-paced organization. Experience in the luxury manufacturing field is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
