Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the management of university relations and campus engagement projects to enhance brand awareness and recruit emerging talent.
  • Assist in organizing and executing campus events to promote Richemont's employer brand.
  • Report and track key performance indicators related to campus engagements and events.
  • Create, edit, and review content for online and offline brand activations.
  • Develop targeted communications across various media channels.
  • Design and refine visual content for media distribution.
  • Support the reporting and tracking of communication KPIs.
  • Participate in additional talent acquisition and employer branding projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree program in Marketing, Communication, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Possession of an internship agreement with a school or university.
  • Availability to commence a 6-month internship in January 2026.

Skills

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or similar image editing tools. Strong knowledge of social media and communication channels. Creative and resourceful with a commitment to continuous learning. Excellent written and oral English language skills; proficiency in another language is advantageous. Ability to plan, coordinate, and adapt quickly to changes. High attention to detail.

Experience

Experience with graphic design activities and familiarity with social media platforms are preferred.

Education

Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Human Resources, or similar field (enrollment required).
