Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging content and manage relationships with external agencies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and community members to enhance brand visibility.
  • Define and maintain the brand voice across all communication channels, including website and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on content creation and asset production.
  • Monitor social media performance and prepare analytical reports with recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably within the luxury goods industry.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing, digital marketing principles, and content creation.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.

Skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management and CRM. Ability to work independently and proactively.

Experience

Demonstrable experience in social media management, digital marketing, and omnichannel customer engagement, ideally within the luxury sector.
