Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Create engaging content and manage relationships with external agencies.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and community members to enhance brand visibility.
- Define and maintain the brand voice across all communication channels, including website and newsletters.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on content creation and asset production.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare analytical reports with recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably within the luxury goods industry.
- Proficiency in social media marketing, digital marketing principles, and content creation.
- Fluency in Italian and English.

Experience
Demonstrable experience in social media management, digital marketing, and omnichannel customer engagement, ideally within the luxury sector.
