Join Richemont in Fort Worth as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. This role involves managing shipments, stock reception, and interdepartmental transfers. Ideal for candidates with SAP experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Process spare parts and stock reception, packing, unpacking, local and international shipments, intercompany transfers, and stock postings to meet production goals.
  • Unpack parcels from carriers following strict security guidelines.
  • Pack parcels with products and corresponding packaging, adhering to security and FAA hazmat guidelines.
  • Label outbound parcels for multiple carriers using SAP ECS, ensuring correct product inclusion.
  • Perform systematic transfers to local and international subcontractors and file international shipments online.
  • Fill out Bill of Lading and Airway bills for shipments.
  • Receive parcels from carriers, validate quantities, and uphold security procedures.
  • Manage the Receiving/Unpacking/Shipping Mailbox and respond to internal client inquiries.
  • Systematically receive incoming parts and packaging for service.
  • Order and manage packaging and supplies for departmental processes.
  • Deliver incoming items to internal staging areas based on recipient and department.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a production-based environment preferred.
  • Previous experience with SAP preferred.

Skills

Proactive decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Ability to stand for up to 9 hours and lift up to 40 pounds. Competency in handling box cutters, tape machines, and air film machines.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in a production-based environment is preferred, with familiarity in SAP systems being advantageous.

Education

High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
