Join Richemont in Geneva as a Senior Product & Trade Compliance Expert, ensuring regulatory adherence and operational excellence in the luxury goods sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct and coordinate regulatory research on new product and trade compliance regulations, analyzing requirements and assessing related risks and business impacts.
  • Publish top-management level memos and various publications, including guidelines, directives, and training materials, to support compliance implementation.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in product and trade compliance to support international stakeholders in launching new products and accessing new markets.
  • Build and maintain a network of external stakeholders to clarify regulatory changes and build compliance solutions.
  • Coordinate taskforces and workshops to support business compliance efforts.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of services delivered by the Regulatory Team.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in trade compliance, risk management, regulatory affairs, or corporate affairs, preferably in consumer products or supply chain services.
  • Master's degree in Law or Economics from an EU, Swiss, or US university.
  • Fluency in French and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP and SAP GTS is desirable.

Skills

Strong research skills, particularly in regulations using OSINT and regulatory databases. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to summarize regulations and assess business impacts. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and influence decision-making. Agility and motivation to learn new capabilities. Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a strong sense of teamwork.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in trade compliance, risk management, regulatory affairs, or related fields, preferably in an international setting.

Education

Master's degree in Law or Economics.
