Join Richemont in New York City as a Senior Manager, HR Technology. Lead strategic HR systems initiatives in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for the HR systems landscape in the Americas.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and the global HRIS team to enhance HR systems support, growth, and scalability.
  • Drive and execute initiatives to transform the HRIS landscape, aligning with business processes and future state goals.
  • Manage the portfolio of HR system applications and projects, coordinating resources and facilitating transitions from projects to operations.
  • Handle operational responsibilities including HR ticket resolution and HRIS training curriculum development and implementation.
  • Ensure effective relationship management with stakeholders to identify and manage risks and dependencies.
  • Establish success metrics for projects and track project performance.
  • Review support team structure for demand management and capacity planning, utilizing metrics and service delivery standards.
  • Provide thought leadership on HR technology solutions and strategies for new programs and enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline; Master’s degree preferred.

Skills

7+ years of experience in HR Technology, including leading enterprise projects and system maintenance. Ability to align HR processes with departmental and regional goals. Familiarity with the end-to-end employee lifecycle process, including recruiting, onboarding, and payroll. Strong project management and communication skills, with expertise in agile and design thinking. Capability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Workday is advantageous.

Experience

Minimum of 7 years in HR Technology, with a focus on leading enterprise projects and system maintenance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline; Master’s degree preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in New York City, New York, USA, with easy access to New York City.

Compensation

Expected Salary Range: $145,000 – $165,000, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
