Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy for Salesforce C360 Service Cloud.
  • Manage the C360 Service Cloud testing team in executing test plans and test cases.
  • Write, review, approve, and execute test cases.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to write test cases.
  • Plan and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, leading related ceremonies.
  • Manage the non-regression testing strategy.
  • Oversee the monitoring and reporting of testing activities.
  • Utilize test automation tools effectively.
  • Conduct performance testing and optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and enhance system quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and evaluate their applicability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a QA Lead focusing on Salesforce implementations.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and data model.
  • Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr.
  • ISTQB certification is advantageous.

Skills

Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud configuration. Proficiency in data analysis and test execution. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years as a QA Lead with a focus on Salesforce implementations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
