Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage HR administration, serving as the primary contact for employees on all administrative matters.
  • Oversee payroll and social security administration, including inputting variables and monitoring social insurance throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure accurate time management by checking hours counters and applying internal regulations.
  • Provide support to employees and managers on HR tools.
  • Participate in HR project management initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Swiss HR certificate is mandatory.
  • Fluency in French and proficiency in English.
